1. In Your Classroom or Live Online Training (With a Trainer)

The trainer plays a clip during the POSH training session, then discusses it using the one-page facilitator run sheet that comes with each video.

Play: Show the 3 minute clip in your classroom or on Zoom.

Pause & discuss: Use the run sheet’s questions (provided with the video) to discuss the scenario.

Close: Cover the key points and tell employees how to contact your Internal Committee.

2. As Microlearning Nuggets (No Trainer Needed)

Send a single clip by WhatsApp, email or shared link, monthly or quarterly, as a regular awareness reminder between annual sessions.
