Our comprehensive e-learning course on whistleblowing is designed specifically for Indian companies to help build a culture of transparency and ethical conduct. Under SEBI LODR and the Companies Act, listed and large private companies are expected to have a Whistleblower Policy that defines a mechanism to report wrongdoings, unethical or fraudulent practices. Whistleblower training ensures employees know how to report misconduct as per the prevailing policies, including direct access to the Audit Committee Chairperson in serious or exceptional cases.
